Overview
Mechanical Services & Systems (MSS) provides full-service mechanical, construction, and energy solutions across the Intermountain West. Since 1984, MSS has been a trusted partner to industrial, commercial, and institutional clients—offering everything from system design and installation to ongoing maintenance and energy optimization.
Partnership Goals
Before partnering with Abstrakt, MSS relied heavily on referrals to generate new business. To continue scaling, they needed a predictable sales engine that could identify high-value opportunities and connect them with key facility decision-makers.
Results
- $4.3M closed in new business through outbound appointment setting
- 408 qualified appointments booked with decision-makers in target industries
- 5.5 years of consistent partnership and measurable growth
- Increased digital visibility through new SEO-optimized website launch
A long-term partnership built on consistent performance, data-backed targeting, and measurable sales growth.
Notable Wins
- $220K project with a manufacturing facility expanding its operations. The timing was ideal—MSS had installed its original dust collection system years earlier and was top of mind when the expansion began.
- $133K in projects with a public library system nurtured for over two years through consistent phone and email outreach before closing two separate deals.
