Work hard. Grow fast. Have fun doing it.
Life here is a competitive sales floor during the day and a team that celebrates together after it: Fun Fridays, a chili cook-off, a Home Run Derby, the Holiday Party and one day every year when the whole office closes to volunteer.
Great Careers Are Built With Great People.
Most of the day here is work: a sales floor of reps on the phones, managers listening to calls and coaching the next one, trainers certifying reps on new clients and teams meeting to check the numbers. When someone books a meeting, the floor knows about it and the light-up sabers come out.
We value effort, accountability, development and results, and we celebrate them on purpose. The rest of this page covers both halves: what the work looks like by role, and what happens around it.

Abstrakt launched Employee Resource Groups in September 2022, starting with a Women's ERG. Its first event, Wine Down Wednesday, put women from the director and executive teams on a panel about leadership style and promoting inclusion at work.
The group is open to every team member, not only women, and was set up to meet monthly and share resources and best practices. Its objectives:
- Increase women's professional development
- Increase diversity within the company
- Increase recruitment and advancement of women
- Mentor women
Culture is a job here, not a poster
Culture at Abstrakt is owned by the teams themselves. In 2021 we described it this way: every team names officers for six pillars, so someone on each team is responsible for keeping goals clear, celebrating wins, tracking the numbers and making sure people keep developing.
- VisionKeeps the team's messaging and goals tied to the company mission and values.
- BrandingGives each team its own identity inside the Abstrakt brand.
- UnityGets teammates collaborating and building each other up.
- MetricsTracks the numbers so the team knows where it stands.
- CelebrationsMakes sure every win, big or small, gets noticed.
- DevelopmentKeeps teammates growing professionally and personally.
What the team says in the surveys
Top Workplaces awards come from employee survey results. Abstrakt has won Top Workplaces Culture Excellence awards in 2023 and 2024, in categories that include innovation, leadership, professional development, employee appreciation, compensation and benefits, and purpose and values.
