Appointment setting

What makes a meeting qualified, and how to keep the calendar full.

The short answer

Appointment setting, in brief

Appointment setting is the outbound work of turning a target list into meetings your closers take: researching the account, reaching the decision-maker, confirming fit and putting a time on both calendars.

A meeting only counts if it is qualified. Our standard is the right company, the right contact and the right timing, confirmed on the call and written into a brief for whoever takes the meeting.
