Recruiters cold call instead of recruiting.
We book qualified hiring-manager meetings so recruiters focus on placements.

Reach the hiring managers and HR leaders with open reqs, before your competitors do. We book qualified meetings so your recruiters focus on filling roles, not cold calling.

Most staffing & recruiting companies don't need another list of cold leads to chase. They need meetings on the calendar. Our reps run calls, email and LinkedIn as one program, so you talk to the hiring managers and HR leaders who have a real project and the budget for it.
Matches your ICP. No bottom-of-market noise.
The actual decision-maker, not a gatekeeper.
Active intent, budget approved, project underway.
These are the problems we hear most from companies like yours, and what we do about each one.

Reaching direct-hire and contract needs.
Timing to hiring surges and expansion.
The best staffing client hires the same kinds of roles over and over, has more hiring than its internal team can handle, and lets the hiring manager or HR choose agencies without a locked procurement program. One-off searches pay once. Repeat roles build a desk.
For firms with desks in several regions, National Outbound BDR runs this targeting across every market you recruit in, and our appointment setting page explains how each meeting is booked and confirmed.
The hiring manager feels the vacancy, HR or talent acquisition controls the vendor list, and in larger companies procurement or an MSP owns the rate card. Learn which of them actually adds an agency at each account before you spend a month calling the wrong one.
Controls: The req, the job requirements and, at many mid-market companies, which agency gets the order.
Cares about: Getting a qualified person in the seat quickly, and candidates who show up.
Gets involved: When a req is open or about to open.
We fill the roles your team keeps reposting.
Controls: The approved vendor list, agency agreements and fee terms.
Cares about: Compliance, cost per hire, and managing fewer, better agencies.
Gets involved: Vendor onboarding, annual vendor reviews, and whenever an incumbent agency lets them down.
A specialist for the roles your current vendors struggle to fill.
Controls: Labor plans, shift staffing and the temp labor budget in operations-heavy businesses.
Cares about: Attendance, overtime cost and hitting the production or shipping schedule.
Gets involved: Peak-season planning, new shifts and new contracts.
Reliable people for the ramp, so overtime stops covering the gap.
Controls: The master services agreement, rate cards and supplier tiers.
Cares about: Price consistency, risk and supplier performance data.
Gets involved: RFPs, supplier rationalization and program renewals.
Learn how suppliers are added and when the next review happens.
Demand spikes open the door. Anything that suddenly creates more open roles than the employer can fill on its own makes a staffing call relevant that week.
Staffing sells at two speeds. A single req is won in days by whoever submits a qualified candidate first. Getting onto the vendor list takes longer: an agreement, fee terms, insurance certificates and onboarding. Outbound’s job is the slower one, so you are already approved when the next req opens.
Almost every prospect already uses agencies. You rarely replace them all at once. The usual path is to be added as another vendor, take the hard-to-fill role the incumbents keep missing, and earn share by filling it.
Budgets follow headcount plans set once a year, while temp labor spend often sits in operations and moves with volume. Ask which budget the role comes out of. It tells you who actually decides.
“We’re not hiring right now” is the most common answer and the least final. Hiring is cyclical. Log the roles they fill most often, when they usually ramp and who manages the vendor list, then call back before the next ramp. Staffing owners often ask their recruiters to do this outreach themselves, and it usually loses out to live reqs. That is the case for an outsourced sales development team working as an extension of yours, and the trade-off is laid out in in-house SDR vs outsourced appointment setting.
Staffing objections are mostly about process and timing. Each one tells you who controls agency selection or when the next need will appear.
What it tells you: There is no live req. It says nothing about next quarter.
Next step: Ask which roles they hire most and when they usually ramp, then schedule the follow-up before that date.
What it tells you: There is a vendor list, and you need to know how agencies get added to it.
Next step: Ask which role their current vendors struggle with most and whether they would add a specialist for it.
What it tells you: Either a brush-off or a price comparison in progress. Rates without context lose either way.
Next step: Ask which role and how many, and offer to walk through terms with the hiring manager.
What it tells you: This contact cannot add you. Someone else can.
Next step: Get the name of the person who owns the supplier list and ask how and when new suppliers are reviewed.
What it tells you: They have a talent team, which usually still has gaps in specialty or volume roles.
Next step: Ask which roles take longest to fill and whether overflow ever goes outside.
A qualified staffing meeting is with someone who can add you as a vendor or send you a req, at a company that hires what you place, with a need that is open or dated. Abstrakt checks every meeting for Right Company, Right Contact and Right Timing; the full standard is on our qualified appointment page.
Roles, volume and location fit your desks and candidate pool.
The contact owns agency selection or the vendor list, or is a hiring manager with that authority.
An open req, a planned ramp or a known peak, with a rough date.
We know whether an MSP, VMS or agreement stands between the meeting and the first order.
Which agencies they use and where those agencies fall short.
They expect to discuss specific roles and terms, not receive a general capabilities pitch.
A repeatable, transparent process, built and managed for you end to end.
We map your total addressable market, scoring accounts and 200+ buying-intent signals to find the ones most likely to need you now.
A U.S.-based SDR team runs the cold calls, backed by email, LinkedIn and customized direct mail.
Every interested contact is vetted against your ideal profile. Only real opportunities with real timing move forward.
The meeting lands with full context, and every touch is logged in your Results Portal.

First-year deal value won each month

How this works: appointments x dials per appointment = outreach, spread over 21 working days. Appointments x your proposal rate x win rate = wins. Wins x your value = contract value: what signed work is worth, not revenue recognized. Fractions are monthly averages. Not a forecast, a quote or a promise.
Abstrakt at a Glance answers the five questions buyers ask before they sign: how it works, what clients got, what calls sound like, what reviewers say and what it costs.

Program expectations and commitments are defined in your agreement. Before launch we agree on what a qualified staffing meeting is, who we call and how results are reported.

Most lead-generation vendors sell leads: names and emails you chase. We sell booked meetings with qualified buyers, each verified against three checks: Right Company, Right Contact, Right Timing.
Both. We build the target list to match your footprint, from a single metro to several states.
Accounts. We book meetings with the people who can add you as a vendor and send you repeat orders. If a prospect has a live req when we reach them, it goes straight into the handoff so your team can move on it that day.
Yes, but the meeting is different. We identify the program and the person who manages suppliers, learn how new vendors get reviewed, and tell you up front so your team knows it is a process conversation rather than a req.
They can, but outreach is usually the first thing that slips when reqs are live. A dedicated SDR keeps new-account calls going every day, so your recruiters spend their time on candidates.
The SDR confirms the contact can approve an agency and that there is a real or dated need before booking. A request to just send candidates without an agreement is noted as a lead, not a qualified meeting.
