Our office · Downtown St. Louis

Exposed brick. A packed sales floor. The Arch out the window.

We work in person, in downtown St. Louis, because sales is a team sport. Rows of SDR desks under brick and timber, rooms with names like the Thunderdome, and a floor that celebrates every booked meeting.

Why we work in person

Sales is a team sport

Our SDR role is office-based on purpose. A new rep learns faster sitting ten feet from someone who books meetings all day than from any recording. You hear how the best reps open, how they handle the front desk and how they ask for the appointment, and your manager can coach the call you just made instead of the one you made last week.

It is also more fun. When someone gets a win, the floor knows about it and the light-up sabers come out. That energy is hard to get on a video call.

Flexibility is earned, not withheld. SDRs get flexibility and the chance to earn remote work, and Partner Account Managers earn more remote time as they hit their milestones.

Inside the building

Rooms with personality

A few of the spaces you will walk through on your tour. Nearly every wall is painted, covered in murals of St. Louis and reminders to keep winning.

The walls of our office

Our Values, On the Wall

Our TRUST values, the five A-Player competencies, our annual theme, the Growth Creed and our mission statement hang where the whole floor can see them. These are the words we work by, so we keep them in front of us every day.

Read every panel in full on our values page, including what each TRUST value asks of our leaders.

Around the block

Downtown, with perks next door

Being downtown means the city is your lunch break. Our next-door neighbor, The Cobblestone, takes the Abstrakt Red Card for 15 percent off and a free coffee on your birthday, and 19 other St. Louis partners take it too, from downtown hotels to Cardinals tickets.

After work, the same floor that competes all day heads out together: the Holiday Party, the Company Picnic, Fun Fridays, and one day every year when the whole office closes for Give Back Day.

Office questions

Where is the Abstrakt office?

701 N. 1st Street, St. Louis, MO 63102, in downtown St. Louis. The building sits within sight of the Gateway Arch.

Is there parking?

Yes. Free gated parking for team members, right in the heart of St. Louis.

Do I have to work in the office?

For most roles, yes, at least at first. Office-based. Sales is a team sport here, so the role sits on the floor, with flexibility and the chance to earn remote work. Partner Account Managers: starts in the office. Remote flexibility grows as you hit your milestones. We also hire remote SDRs in the Kansas City area.

Can I see the office before I accept a job?

Yes. Every candidate who reaches the on-site step spends about an hour and a half here: a tour of the campus, a shadow session with a current team member and a mock role play.

What is the dress code?

Business casual. Dress like a pro, feel like yourself.
