Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Abstrakt Marketing Group, LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website, learn about our services, and contact us.
Our Goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities. We have not had this website formally audited or certified, and we are working toward this goal as we build and update the site.
What We Have Done
- Set the page language and used headings, lists, and landmarks so the structure of each page is clear to screen readers.
- Labeled form fields and gave error messages an alert role so screen readers announce them.
- Added text labels to icon-only links, such as our social media links.
- Respected the “reduce motion” setting in your device. If it is on, scroll animations and counting number effects are turned off.
- Made sure content is never hidden if JavaScript fails to load or animations do not run.
- Checked color contrast on headings that sit on dark backgrounds and adjusted colors where contrast was too low.
- Built pages to resize for phones, tablets, and desktops, and to work with browser zoom.
- Offered more than one way to reach us: online forms, phone, and email.
- Added a “Skip to main content” link as the first item on every page, and a visible outline on links, buttons and form fields when you move through the page with the keyboard.
- Gave videos in our pages and blog posts our own labeled play button, so the player loads only when you choose it, and made sure no video or audio plays with sound on its own.
- Added a pause control to the scrolling figures on our home page. It also pauses while you point at it.
- Kept SMS consent optional and unchecked on every form, with the same plain wording each time.
Known Limitations
Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet our goal. We know about the following:
- Third-party content. Embedded videos (Wistia) and review widgets (Trustindex and Clutch) come from other companies. We do not control their accessibility, and some features, such as captions or keyboard controls, depend on those providers.
- Videos and audio. Not every video or podcast episode may have captions or a transcript yet.
- Downloadable and printable content. White papers and guides offered as printable pages or PDFs may not be fully accessible.
- Charts and images. Some charts, graphics, and images may not yet have complete text alternatives.
- AI guides. Our AI chat and video guides generate answers automatically. The video guide shows its replies as text on screen and lets you type instead of speak, but the conversation itself depends on Tavus and Daily, which we do not control.
- Decorative motion. A few decorative effects, such as the drifting images behind the heading of our creative portfolio, move continuously unless your device’s “reduce motion” setting is on.
If something on the site is hard for you to use, please tell us, and we will help you get the information another way.
Feedback and Help
We welcome your feedback. If you run into a barrier, please let us know the page and the problem, and we will try to respond within five business days.

About This Statement
This statement was first prepared on September 30, 2026 and was last reviewed on October 9, 2026.
How we tested. On October 9, 2026 we tested 55 pages that represent each kind of page on the site, including the home page, program and process pages, industry and market pages, blog posts, guides, careers pages, forms, calculators and these legal pages. We used the axe-core automated checker (version 4.13) against the WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA rules in Google Chrome, and fixed every serious and critical issue it reported. We also checked by keyboard that the skip link moves focus to the main content, that focus stays visible, that each page has a single main heading, and that continuous animations stop when the “reduce motion” setting is on.
Automated tools find only some accessibility problems, and we have not had the site audited by an outside firm or tested with every screen reader. We will update this statement as we make improvements.
