The short answer
What is enterprise sales development outsourcing?
Enterprise sales development outsourcing means a specialist firm runs part of a large company's sales development with its own trained people and technology, under the client's brand and qualification rules. Abstrakt, a technology-enabled outsourced sales development company in St. Louis, builds and runs these programs: U.S.-based reps certified on your account, working in our own platform, Abstrakt Intelligence, with every meeting reviewed before it reaches your team.
You keep the strategy, the relationships, the commercial decisions and the closing. We supply the execution: the people, the data, the training, the quality control and the reporting as one managed operation, pointed at whichever growth initiative matters most. It is the same system that runs Outbound BDR, our core program, scaled for more business units, more territories and more kinds of work.
Who it is for
Fortune 1000 companies, large national enterprises, multi-location organizations and private equity portfolio companies. A company with a few hundred million in revenue qualifies as readily as a Fortune 500 division.
What the team does
Researches and works the accounts in your plan, holds the first conversations, qualifies buyers against your criteria and books meetings for your account executives, account owners or channel managers.
What we run
Six capabilities: acquire new customers, convert inbound demand, expand existing accounts, retain and win back customers, activate channel partners and develop market intelligence.
How it runs
From our sales center in St. Louis. Every rep completes two weeks of training, then is certified on your account with AI role plays before representing you.
Established or custom
Acquisition, inbound conversion and market research are services we run every day. Expansion, retention and channel programs are designed per client on the same team and platform.
How it is priced
Custom: depends on your needs and the size of the dedicated team we build for you.
Six ways to accelerate enterprise growth
Enterprise Revenue Development Capabilities
Every enterprise program runs on the same foundation: certified U.S.-based reps, Abstrakt Intelligence, the 5 Star quality review and the Results Portal. What changes is the job you point it at. Choose a capability to see what it covers, then read the full detail below.

Open strategic accounts. Enter new markets. Build new revenue opportunities.
The business challenge
Most enterprise growth plans assume more first meetings than the field team can create. Account executives prospect between deals, new territories wait on headcount, and a product launch competes with the quarter's renewals for the same reps' time.

How Abstrakt executes
Territories and named-account lists sized and built in Abstrakt Intelligence, with every prospect reviewed by a data analyst before the list is assigned
Each buying committee role, and why it matters, written into the account collateral every rep certifies on
Calls on a recorded line, recovery calls when a conversation should have booked, and follow-up on direct mail, LinkedIn and email written from what the prospect said
Meetings booked on your account executives' calendars under the routing rules agreed in program design
Deliverables
Qualified first meetings, each graded on the 25-point 5 Star scorecard by a reviewer who did not make the call
An email brief to whoever attends, with proof it was delivered
The recording and transcript behind every booked meeting
How performance is measured
Dials, conversations and booked meetings in the Results Portal, by the markets or account lists set in program design
Every meeting marked qualified, pending review or disqualified
Meetings held, proposals and closed deals on the opportunity board, as your team reports outcomes
Turn more of the demand you already generate into qualified sales conversations.
The business challenge
Marketing produces more volume than sales can follow up. Inquiries sit in a queue, webinar and trade show lists cool off, and MQLs that never got a real conversation are recycled as if they were bad leads.
Program applications
MQL-to-SQL development
Demo request follow-up
Inbound inquiry qualification
Webinar follow-up
Trade show follow-up
Stalled opportunity reactivation
MQL follow-up
Sales accepted lead (SAL) development
Content download follow-up
Paid ad inquiry follow-up
Lead recycling
Appointment confirmation
No-show recovery
Campaign response management
Inbound-to-outbound nurture
How quickly new leads are worked depends on your volume and the team size, so it is set during program design rather than promised in advance.
How Abstrakt executes
Reps call the inquiries, demo requests, event and content leads routed to the program and qualify each against your criteria
Qualified buyers booked with the right account executive under your routing rules
Leads that are not ready go to the nurture track you define, with the reason recorded
Deliverables
A disposition on every lead the program works
Scheduled meetings with a brief for whoever attends
Every booked meeting graded on the 25-point 5 Star scorecard before it reaches your team
How performance is measured
Leads worked, conversations, dispositions and meetings booked in the Results Portal
Every meeting marked qualified, pending review or disqualified
MQL-to-SQL movement and pipeline outcomes, from your CRM data
Find more opportunity inside the accounts you already serve.
The business challenge
Large companies often sell one product to one site of a customer that has dozens. Account managers are measured on service and renewal, so the cross-sell conversation and the second location rarely get a dedicated effort.
Program applications
Cross-sell programs
Additional location penetration
M&A-related cross-sell
Upsell opportunity identification
Additional department penetration
Multi-location account development
Strategic account mapping
Existing-customer prospecting
Dormant account reactivation
Product expansion
New service introductions
Existing-account meeting programs
Your account managers keep ownership of every customer relationship. Abstrakt opens the conversation and hands it to them.
How Abstrakt executes
The other sites, departments and decision-makers inside each account mapped in Abstrakt Intelligence
Introductions built on the existing relationship, in wording your account team approves
Meetings booked for the account owner, with the call notes attached
Deliverables
Meetings with new stakeholders, sites and departments in current accounts
A record of who was reached in each account and what they said
Every booked meeting graded on the 25-point 5 Star scorecard
How performance is measured
Accounts and stakeholders reached, conversations and meetings booked
Cross-sell opportunities and revenue, from your CRM data
Stay connected to customers before opportunities disappear.
The business challenge
Customer success teams are sized for active accounts. Inactive customers, smaller accounts and lapsed buyers can go months without a conversation, and the first sign of risk is a cancellation.
Program applications
Renewal outreach
At-risk customer identification
Win-back campaigns
Escalation identification and routing
Inactive customer reactivation
Customer satisfaction outreach
Engagement check-ins
Feedback collection
Product adoption outreach
Contract transition communication
Relationship health checks
Re-engagement campaigns
Retention programs are designed per client and subject to scoping. They are outreach and qualification built to your script and your escalation rules; your team keeps customer service, contract negotiation and customer success management.
How Abstrakt executes
Outreach to the customer lists you provide, on your script
Structured survey questions on each call, so answers can be compared across accounts
Service issues and at-risk signals flagged to your team under your escalation rules
Renewal and win-back conversations booked for the people who own them
Deliverables
A record of who was reached and what they said
Escalations routed as agreed in program design
Survey results in the Results Portal
Renewal and win-back meetings on your team's calendars
How performance is measured
Customers reached, conversations and reasons logged
Escalations raised and meetings booked
Renewals and recovered revenue, from your CRM data
Expand the partner networks that expand your revenue.
The business challenge
Channel managers cover too many partners across too much geography. Recruiting new dealers is slow, dormant partners never get a call and whole territories go uncovered.
Program applications
Dealer recruitment
Distributor recruitment
Dormant partner reactivation
Channel territory expansion
Reseller recruitment
Partner appointment scheduling
Referral partner recruitment
Channel activation
Franchise prospect qualification
Co-selling support
Strategic alliance outreach
Channel network expansion
Your channel team keeps partner agreements, onboarding, enablement and partner management. Abstrakt finds, qualifies and books; it does not run your channel organization.
How Abstrakt executes
Underserved territories sized and candidate partners identified in Abstrakt Intelligence
Candidate interest qualified against your partner criteria
Reactivation calls to the dormant partners on the list you provide
Introductions booked with your channel managers
Deliverables
Qualified partner candidates on your channel managers' calendars, by territory
Dormant partners reached, with their status and what they said recorded
How performance is measured
Candidates identified, conversations and introductions booked, by territory
Partners signed and activated, from your channel data
Know where to focus your revenue organization before you commit resources.
The business challenge
Target account lists go stale, territories get assigned on guesswork and buying committees are mapped one name at a time. Leadership plans a market entry without hearing from a single buyer in it.
Program applications
Total addressable market research
Territory prioritization
Buying committee research
Structured market feedback
Target account identification
Decision-maker discovery
Account qualification research

What Abstrakt Intelligence contributes
Three sources work together: Abstrakt Intelligence for the data, data analysts who review every list, and certified reps who hold real conversations with buyers in the market.

14M+U.S. commercial buildings mapped
200+intent triggers monitored
2.8B+signals processed per quarter

The problems that slow large revenue organizations down are structural. Each one has a specific answer in how a program is built.
01
Multiple business units
The problemEach division sells differently, owns its own budget and sets its own rules for what counts as a qualified lead.
How a program handles itOne program relationship with a separate playbook, qualification criteria, certified team and reporting for each business unit.
02
National market coverage
The problemCoverage depends on where your reps live, so new regions wait on local hires.
How a program handles itTerritory lists sized metro by metro in Abstrakt Intelligence and worked from one U.S. sales center in St. Louis.
03
Complex buying committees
The problemThe person who takes the meeting is rarely the only one who signs.
How a program handles itMultithreaded outreach to each role on the committee, with why that role matters written into the account collateral every rep certifies on.
04
Internal capacity constraints
The problemAccount executives prospect between deals, and both the prospecting and the deals suffer.
How a program handles itA dedicated team carries prospecting and follow-up so your account executives spend their time in qualified meetings.
05
Disconnected data and execution
The problemResearch, outreach and reporting live in different tools owned by different teams.
How a program handles itThe list, the calls, the follow-up and the quality review run in one platform, and results reach your CRM or the Results Portal.
06
Growth without excessive fixed infrastructure

An enterprise program has to answer to your governance, your brand standards, your systems and your procurement team. Here is what is already standard, and what is agreed with you during program design.
A
Program governance
A partner success manager owns your program, and we walk through the results with you on a monthly collaboration call.
Program leadership, coaching and performance management run by Abstrakt
Executive sponsors on both sides, the program owner and how business units coordinate: agreed during program design
Reporting cadence beyond the monthly call, performance review dates and the escalation path: agreed during program design

Certification on your account with AI role plays: every scorecard criterion hit, every pushback handled and a meeting booked
Talk tracks built on the ENGAGE Sales Process, and every call on a recorded line you can listen to
Every booked meeting graded on the 25-point 5 Star scorecard by a reviewer who did not make the call
C
CRM and data integration
Meetings, dispositions and call notes reach your team through your CRM or the Results Portal.
Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics, scoped per program
Field mapping, handoff rules and record ownership agreed with your RevOps team during program design
The Results Portal's lead management covers teams without a CRM
D
Account ownership and territories
Your team keeps every account, relationship and deal it already owns.
Named-account exclusions, existing-customer protections and open opportunities that are off limits: agreed during program design
Territory definitions, lead routing by territory or business unit, and how duplicate outreach is avoided: agreed during program design
Lists are built and reviewed in Abstrakt Intelligence before a rep sees a name, which is where agreed exclusions are applied
How ownership data reaches us is scoped with your team; we do not assume an automated sync
E
Security and compliance
Your confidentiality, data handling and security requirements are set in the program agreement.
Bring procurement, vendor review and data-handling requirements to program design; they are reviewed before launch
Every call runs on a recorded line, and the recording rules for your program are part of program design
Outbound calling follows federal and state calling rules
Client-specific requirements, such as approved disclosures or contact restrictions, are written into the account collateral reps certify on
F
Executive reporting
The Results Portal shows every lead, result and call. What we measure directly is separated from what depends on your data.
Measured directly by Abstrakt
Dials, conversations and booked meetings
Meeting quality: qualified, pending review or disqualified
Call recordings and transcripts
Survey and campaign results
Results by market, business unit or campaign, where the program is set up that way
Your systems. Our execution. One connected revenue process.
Abstrakt programs are designed to complement your existing revenue operations. We align account targeting, qualification criteria, meeting delivery, reporting, and data handoffs with the workflows your organization already uses.
Integration for each program is scoped with your RevOps team during program design: which records move, which fields map, who owns them and how often they update. We don't assume a two-way or real-time sync, and anything beyond a standard handoff is scoped as custom integration work. CRM implementation and administration stay with your team or your existing partners.

Five stages, the same for a single business unit or a national program.
01
Define
Agree on the growth objective, the target segments, what qualifies a lead and how success will be measured.
02
Design
Choose the capabilities, team size, channels and reporting. Agree on governance, exclusions and integration. Build and review the account list in Abstrakt Intelligence.
03
Activate
Reps study your account, practice with the AI trainer and pass certification. Then calls start, on a recorded line.
04
Optimize
Quality reviews, recovery queues, call recordings and monthly collaboration calls show what is working, and talk tracks and criteria are adjusted.
05
Scale
Add business units, territories or capabilities on the same foundation once the program is producing.
The economics of build or partner
Expand revenue execution without rebuilding your operating infrastructure.
Abstrakt complements your internal team. Your SDRs, account executives and channel managers keep their roles; a program adds capacity where the plan needs more conversations than your team can have. Here is what each approach asks of your organization. Pricing is custom: it depends on your needs and the size of the dedicated team we build for you.

What is enterprise sales development outsourcing?+
Enterprise sales development outsourcing means a specialist firm runs part of a large company's sales development, such as named-account prospecting, inbound lead qualification, customer expansion outreach, partner recruitment or market research, with its own trained people and technology, under the client's brand and qualification rules. The client keeps strategy, relationships, commercial decisions and closing. At Abstrakt that is a dedicated U.S.-based team working in Abstrakt Intelligence, with every meeting quality-reviewed before it is delivered.
What does an outsourced enterprise SDR team do?+
It researches and works the accounts in your plan, holds the first conversations, qualifies buyers against your criteria and books meetings for your account executives, channel managers or account owners. At Abstrakt the team is certified on your account before the first call, works on a recorded line, follows up by direct mail, LinkedIn and email, and puts every booked meeting through a 25-point quality review.
How do Fortune 1000 companies use outsourced sales development?+
Usually to add execution capacity behind a plan leadership already has: penetrating named accounts, entering new markets, converting inbound demand, expanding into current customers, recruiting partners or researching a market before committing a team. Fortune 1000 describes the scale the program is built for; a company with a few hundred million in revenue gets the same design, sized to its initiative.
Can Abstrakt run named-account prospecting?+
Yes. Named-account and account-based sales development are part of our acquisition capability: we map the buying committee in each target account, write why each role matters into the collateral reps certify on, and run multithreaded outreach to book meetings with the people who own the budget. More on account-based sales development.
Can Abstrakt support multiple business units?+
Yes. Each business unit gets its own playbook, qualification criteria, certified reps and reporting, under one program relationship. Units can start at different times and with different capabilities, and how they coordinate is agreed during program design.
Can you run a nationwide program?+
Yes. Our team works from one sales center in St. Louis and calls into markets across the U.S. Territory lists are sized metro by metro in Abstrakt Intelligence, so a national program can open markets in waves and report by market.
Can we outsource inbound lead qualification?+
Yes. Our reps call inquiries, demo requests, webinar and trade show leads, qualify them against your criteria and book qualified buyers with your account executives. Leads that are not ready go to a nurture track. How quickly new leads are worked is set during program design around your volume. More on enterprise lead qualification.
Can Abstrakt help us grow existing customer accounts?+
Yes. Account expansion programs map the other sites, departments and decision-makers inside current customers and book meetings for your account owners, who keep every relationship. They are designed per client during program design, on the same team and platform as our acquisition programs.
Do you recruit dealers, distributors or channel partners?+
Yes, as a custom program. We size the territories you want covered, identify and qualify candidate partners, reactivate dormant ones and schedule meetings with your channel team. Your channel team keeps partner agreements, onboarding and partner management.
Do you integrate with our CRM?+
We integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics. What moves between systems, how fields map and who owns each record are scoped with your RevOps team during program design; nothing is assumed to sync automatically. If a team does not run a CRM, the Results Portal includes lead management.
How are enterprise programs managed?+
A partner success manager owns the program, Abstrakt runs rep leadership, coaching, quality review and performance management, and we walk through results with you on a monthly collaboration call. Executive sponsors, business unit coordination, the review cadence and the escalation path are agreed during program design.
How do you measure performance?+
Against the measures agreed during program design. We measure activity, conversations, booked meetings and meeting quality directly, and every call recording is in the Results Portal. Meetings held, proposals, closed deals and pipeline value depend on outcomes your team reports or your CRM data, and are tracked on the opportunity board.
How are enterprise programs priced?+
Pricing is custom: it depends on your needs and the size of the dedicated team we build for you. A strategist scopes the capabilities, team size and reporting first, then prices the program.
Can we start with a pilot?+
Scope is set during program design, and a program can begin with one business unit, region or capability. A strategist will scope what a first phase covers and how it is measured.
How do you train reps and protect our brand?+
Every rep completes two weeks of training, then studies your account collateral, including the claims they are allowed to make in your wording, and passes a graded certification with AI role plays before they represent you. Every call runs on a recorded line, every booked meeting is graded on a 25-point scorecard, and you can listen to the real calls made on your account in the Results Portal.
Who owns the accounts and relationships?+
You do. Our reps open and qualify; your account executives, account managers and channel managers run the meeting and own the relationship and the deal. Named-account exclusions, existing-customer protections and territory rules are agreed during program design and applied when lists are built.
How do you handle confidential information and compliance?+
Confidentiality, data handling and security requirements are agreed in the program agreement during program design, so bring your procurement and vendor-review requirements to that conversation. Outbound calling follows federal and state calling rules. For what this website collects when you contact us, see our Privacy Policy.
How is this different from a traditional outsourced SDR firm?+
The platform, the quality control and the scope. Every rep works in Abstrakt Intelligence and is certified on your account with AI role plays before the first dial. Every meeting is graded on a 25-point scorecard and checked against the call transcript before you see it. And the same infrastructure runs expansion, retention, channel and research programs, not only cold outbound.
Which program types can be customized?+
All of them. Acquisition, inbound conversion and market research are established services we run every day; customer expansion, retention and channel programs are designed per client on the same team and platform. Scope, team size, channels, criteria and reporting are set for each program.
