The Growth Creed

Growth is at our core

The Abstrakt Growth Creed is what we live by. Our goal is to grow: in our business, our friendships, our partnerships and, most importantly, our lives. It is why we call ourselves a business growth company. Hear our people speak it in the Growth Creed videos.

The five A-Player characteristics

  • Accountability
  • Ambition
  • Awareness
  • Attitude
  • Adaptability

The creed, word for word

In life and thus within business, we strive to experience, to ignite, and to grow...

  1. 01Grow in our lives,
  2. 02Grow in our friendships and partnerships,
  3. 03Grow in our faith and intellect,
  4. 04Grow in our techniques and strategies,
  5. 05Grow in our processes and efficiencies,
  6. 06Grow in our creativity and ideas,
  7. 07Grow in our experiences and professionalism,
  8. 08And of course, grow within our customer's business and thus, our own.

GROWTH is at our core, and fuels what we do and how we do it. This is why we call ourselves a business GROWTH company.

So today and every day, ask yourself, “Is what I'm doing causing GROWTH?” and if it does not, stop and do something new.

ALWAYS BE GROWING.

See the TRUST values, the A-Player competencies and the rest of our wall.
