Introducing Abstrakt Intelligence

A B2B database built for prospecting. A proprietary AI engine on top of it.

It fuels every campaign we run and trains every rep before they call for you.

Abstrakt Intelligence is ours, built in-house and sharpened by years of real sales conversations. It maps 14M+ U.S. commercial buildings, watches 200+ intent triggers and processes 2.8B+ signals every quarter to decide who your reps call and when. The same engine runs our AI role plays, so every rep is trained and certified on your business before the first dial. No competitor can rent it, and your program runs on it from day one.

The platform

Abstrakt Intelligence is the proprietary platform our sales development teams work in every day. It decides who your reps call, makes sure they can speak for your business before they call, turns every conversation into follow-up, and checks every meeting before you see it. Select a screen to bring it forward.

Intelligence

Better data changes everything.

A list is only as good as what you know about each name on it. Abstrakt Intelligence layers five kinds of intelligence on every account, and each one is visible on a real screen.

Market intelligence

Know the size of the market before you commit to it.

Pick a metro area and the platform shows how many verified, reachable business contacts it holds, how many distinct companies they work for, and what share of the national database that territory represents.

  • Sizing is unfiltered, so you see the whole territory first.
  • Each industry tile is a playbook we already run, with the company count for the territory you picked.
  • One client per trade per territory: we will not run the same program for your direct competitor in your territory.

Behind it 14M+ U.S. commercial buildings mapped

Territory sizing screen showing verified business contacts, companies and the territory share of the national database for a metro
Territory sizing Real platform screen. Companies and contacts are fictional.
Account intelligence

Start from the accounts that have already produced meetings.

The default criteria for a vertical are derived from the qualified appointments that playbook has already produced. Every criterion is a card you can edit, such as roof size, roof age or whether the prospect owns the facility.

  • The counts show the list narrowing step by step: companies meeting the facility profile, then after DNC, exclusivity and active-client suppression.
  • Facility data on a prospect record carries its source, such as an imagery-derived roof estimate.
  • One click resets the list to the playbook defaults.

Behind it Playbook criteria built from qualified-appointment history

Playbook criteria Real platform screen. Companies and contacts are fictional.
Decision-maker intelligence

Reach the person who signs, not the front desk.

Every prospect opens to a record with the decision-maker's title, seniority, department, who they report to, tenure, and why we target that role, next to their direct dial, mobile, email, LinkedIn and company address.

  • The list counts show how many decision-maker contacts have a verified direct dial or mobile, and a verified, deliverable email.
  • Any prospect who is not a fit is removed before a rep ever sees the name.
  • The record shows the facility specs we qualified against.

Behind it Decision maker, contact information, facility specs and engagement signals on one record

Prospect record with decision-maker details, engagement signals and facility specs

Opportunity intelligence

Signals and history decide who gets the next call.

The platform monitors 200+ intent triggers and processes 2.8B+ signals per quarter. Each record keeps its own engagement signals: dials, connects, conversations, talk time and last disposition, email replies and their sentiment, and LinkedIn activity.

  • When a call transcript shows pushback that can be answered, a recovery task is created automatically, with how confident the system is in it.
  • The task carries the counter the first rep never said, the differentiator to lead with and a prepared opening line.
  • A call that did not book still gets worked, with touches chosen to match how the conversation went.

Behind it 200+ intent triggers and 2.8B+ signals processed per quarter

Recovery queue Real platform screen. Companies and contacts are fictional.
Performance intelligence

Measure the program on revenue, not meeting counts.

Every booked meeting is reviewed before it reaches you, then tracked on a board from meeting booked to meeting held, proposal sent and closed. Each card shows value (set at proposal), probability, expected close, owner, scope of work and the next step.

  • Appointments are marked qualified, pending review or disqualified.
  • Performance Intelligence is also the source of our published sales benchmarks: dials per appointment by vertical, title and company size.
  • You see your own program in the Results Portal.

Platform tour

Explore the technology behind every Abstrakt sales development program.

Four stages, each on the real screens our team works in. Pick a stage, then a step: you will see what it does, what the rep gets done, what it means for you and what happens next.

Stage 1 of 4: Target

Target: build the right list before anyone dials

Most bad meetings start with a bad list. The first stage sizes your territory, applies the criteria from a playbook we already run, and puts every prospect through a review before the list is assigned to your account.

  1. Market selection and territory sizing
  2. Industry intelligence
  3. Account targeting
  4. Prospect identification
  5. Decision-maker research and opportunity signals
Territory sizing screen showing verified business contacts, companies and the territory share of the national database for a metro
Territory sizing Real platform screen. Companies and contacts are fictional.

Target 1/5Market selection and territory sizing

Pick a metro area and the platform shows how many verified, reachable business contacts it holds, how many distinct companies they work for, and what share of the national database that territory represents. Sizing is unfiltered. The playbook criteria come next.

What the rep accomplishes
Starts from a defined territory with known size, not an open-ended database search.
What you get
You see how big your market is before any outreach starts.
Industry picker showing playbook tiles with company counts for the selected territory
Industry playbooks Real platform screen. Companies and contacts are fictional.

Target 2/5Industry intelligence

Each tile is a playbook we already run, with the company count for the territory you picked. You choose the vertical your buyers sit in, and the platform loads that playbook.

What the rep accomplishes
Works from a playbook built for your buyers instead of a generic script.
What you get
Your program starts with what has already worked in your industry.
Playbook criteria screen with editable criteria cards and the resulting company and contact counts
Playbook criteria Real platform screen. Companies and contacts are fictional.

Target 3/5Account targeting

The default criteria for the vertical are derived from the qualified appointments that playbook has already produced. Every criterion is a card you can edit, such as whether the prospect owns the facility, and the counts refresh when the list is built. One click resets the list to the playbook defaults.

What the rep accomplishes
Calls accounts that match a profile with a track record of booked, qualified meetings.
What you get
Fewer calls are spent on companies that were never going to buy.
Prospect list built from the criteria, with name, title, company, city and building size
Prospect list Real platform screen. Companies and contacts are fictional.

Target 4/5Prospect identification

Build list runs your criteria against the prospect database in the background. The results come back as a working list by name, title, company, city and employee count. Any prospect who is not a fit is removed before a rep ever sees the name. The list is then assigned to your account, new or existing. Until it is, no rep can be certified against it, and nobody dials it.

What the rep accomplishes
Gets a reviewed working list assigned to your account, ready to call.
What you get
Your list is reviewed before your brand is on the line.
Prospect record with decision-maker details, engagement signals and facility specs
Prospect record Real platform screen. Companies and contacts are fictional.

Target 5/5Decision-maker research and opportunity signals

Every prospect opens to a four-panel record:

  • Decision maker: title, seniority, department, who they report to, tenure, and why we target that role
  • Contact information: direct dial, mobile, email, LinkedIn and company address
  • Facility specs we qualified against
  • Engagement signals: dials, connects, conversations, talk time and last disposition; email replies and their sentiment; LinkedIn connection, InMail opens and post engagement
What the rep accomplishes
Knows who they are calling, why that role, and every touch so far before the phone rings.
What you get
Conversations start with context, so your company sounds prepared.
Stage 2 of 4: Train

Train: certify every rep on your account before the first dial

A rep who can't explain your business burns your market. Every rep completes two weeks of extensive training before taking a call on the floor. Then, before anyone calls on your behalf, they study your account, practice with an AI trainer and pass a graded call.

  1. Client-specific knowledge
  2. AI-assisted practice and role play
  3. Readiness and certification
Account training screen with the AI trainer video, collateral cards and the Ask Anything panel
Account training Real platform screen. Companies and contacts are fictional.

Train 1/3Client-specific knowledge

At the top of the training screen is the AI trainer: a live role play on camera. The trainer greets the rep and waits. The rep answers out loud, into the microphone, and the conversation continues from whatever they say. Below the trainer is the collateral the rep studies:

  • Account overview: who you are, what you sell and the territory you cover
  • The target buyer: the role that takes the call, why that role and who they answer to
  • Differentiators and proof: the claims the rep is allowed to make, in your wording
  • Qualifier sheet: what has to be true for a meeting to be accepted
  • Pushback guide: the pushback your account hears most, and the counter for each
  • An Ask Anything panel where the rep can type questions to the trainer while they study
What the rep accomplishes
Learns your business, your buyer and your claims from your own account material.
What you get
The rep speaks for your company in your words.
Role-play call screen with the AI prospect and the branching talk track
AI role play Real platform screen. Companies and contacts are fictional.

Train 2/3AI-assisted practice and role play

The AI plays your prospect and raises pushback the rep has not seen in advance. The rep works the branching talk track live: they pick the line they actually hear and the track follows it. The whole call is recorded and graded on the path the rep took.

What the rep accomplishes
Handles your real objections in practice before hearing them from a buyer.
What you get
Your prospects are not where the rep learns.
Certification screen showing a passed scorecard and the pushback handled
Certification Real platform screen. Companies and contacts are fictional.

Train 3/3Readiness and certification

Certification requires every scorecard criterion hit, every pushback raised handled, and a meeting booked. Pass, and dialer access opens for your account. The scorecard checks that the rep:

  • Opened on a recorded line
  • Stated the company and the reason for calling this prospect
  • Confirmed the qualifying criteria out loud
  • Delivered the differentiator against the pushback raised
  • Offered a choice of two specific times
  • Read back the date, time, address and attendee
What the rep accomplishes
Earns dialer access for your account only after passing.
What you get
Every rep is certified on a client, including AI role plays, before representing that client.
Stage 3 of 4: Execute

Execute: the calls, the second chance and the follow-up

Certified reps dial from the list built in stage one. Every call is recorded and dispositioned, and nothing a prospect said is wasted, including a no.

  1. Calling workflow and conversation context
  2. Interactive talk track
  3. Recovery of calls that should have booked
  4. Coordinated outreach and follow-up
Dialer with the call queue on the left and the contact, facility details and dispositions on the right
Dialer Real platform screen. Companies and contacts are fictional.

Execute 1/4Calling workflow and conversation context

The call queue sits on the left. On the right is the contact the rep is about to speak to: title, who they report to, direct dial, email, location, facility data, company size and why this person. Calls run on a recorded line. Every call ends with a disposition: appointment set, callback requested, pitched with no appointment, gatekeeper with no contact, or not a fit.

What the rep accomplishes
Moves through the queue with the context for each call on screen.
What you get
Every call on your account is recorded and has an outcome.
Interactive talk track with branching answers and account details
Talk track Real platform screen. Companies and contacts are fictional.

Execute 2/4Interactive talk track

Once connected, the rep switches to the talk track tab and works the conversation interactively. They pick the line the prospect actually gave, and the track branches to the right response, including the counters for your account's pushback.

What the rep accomplishes
Answers what the prospect actually said, not the next line on a page.
What you get
Your differentiators are delivered at the moment they matter.
Recovery queue of calls with pushback, the confidence score, the counter and a call-back button
Recovery queue Real platform screen. Companies and contacts are fictional.

Execute 3/4Recovery of calls that should have booked

When a call transcript shows pushback that can be answered, a recovery task is created automatically. No rep has to flag the call. Each task shows the original call, the pushback and how confident the system is in it, the counter the first rep never said, the differentiator to lead with and a prepared opening line. A rep calls back on a recorded line and dispositions the result against the task.

What the rep accomplishes
Gets a second, better-prepared conversation instead of a dead lead.
What you get
A no that was really a missed answer gets another chance.
Omni Channel screen with completed calls, what was heard on the call and a notecard drafted from it
Omni Channel Real platform screen. Companies and contacts are fictional.

Execute 4/4Coordinated outreach and follow-up

Every completed call is processed automatically. The platform pulls what the prospect actually said from the recording and writes the follow-up against it:

  • Direct mail: a notecard written from what the prospect said on the call, branded as your company, with a QR code back to you
  • LinkedIn: a connection request drafted in the prospect's own context, referencing details from the call
  • Email: an appointment confirmation when the call booked, or a scheduled email when it didn't
  • Suppressed: a prospect who is genuinely not a fit gets nothing, on every channel
What the rep accomplishes
Follow-up is queued from the call itself, so the rep stays on the phone.
What you get
Calling is where we start, not where we stop.
Stage 4 of 4: Deliver

Deliver: every meeting reviewed before you see it, then tracked to closed

A booked meeting is not finished work until someone has checked it. Every appointment goes through a quality review before it reaches you, and every meeting is tracked on the opportunity board.

  1. Qualification, quality review and handoff
  2. Opportunity tracking
  3. Results reporting and performance visibility
Appointments queue listing booked meetings with contact, company, meeting time and who set it
Appointments Real platform screen. Companies and contacts are fictional.

Deliver 1/3Qualification, quality review and handoff

Every booked meeting lands in the appointments queue as qualified, pending review or disqualified. Opening one shows four tabs:

  • Meeting brief: the email your attending rep receives before they walk in
  • Scorecard: the 5 Star Scorecard the appointment was graded against
  • Quality Review: the review itself, with the call transcript
  • Details: scheduling, recipients and proof that the brief email was delivered
What the rep accomplishes
Hands off a meeting with a brief, a scorecard and the transcript behind it.
What you get
Only reviewed meetings reach your calendar, with a brief attached.
Opportunity board with meeting booked, meeting held, proposal sent and closed columns
Opportunity board Real platform screen. Companies and contacts are fictional.

Deliver 2/3Opportunity tracking

Once a meeting is booked, it gets a card on the opportunity board and moves across it: meeting booked, meeting held, proposal sent and closed. Each card shows the deal: value (set at proposal), probability, expected close, owner, scope of work and the next step.

What the rep accomplishes
Follows each meeting past the handoff to the result.
What you get
The program is measured on revenue, not meeting counts.
Results Portal

Deliver 3/3Results reporting and performance visibility

Dials, conversations, booked meetings and the calls themselves are visible to you in the Results Portal, on any device, without waiting for a report. We walk through it with you on monthly collaboration calls.

What the rep accomplishes

What you get
You can check the program yourself at any time.
How it comes together

From intelligence to opportunity.

The platform does not book meetings on its own. People run every step, and the platform gives each step better information.

  1. Identify

Size the territory and find the accounts that match a profile with a record of qualified meetings.

  2. Prioritize

Intent triggers, buying signals and engagement history decide which accounts and contacts come first.

  3. Prepare

Each rep studies your account and passes an AI role play before calling for you.

  4. Engage

Certified reps call on a recorded line with the account context on screen, then follow up by mail, LinkedIn and email.

  5. Qualify

Every booked meeting is checked against your qualifier sheet, the scorecard and the call transcript.

  6. Deliver

A brief goes to whoever attends, and the meeting is tracked to held, proposal and closed.

  7. Improve

Every call adds to the history each playbook is built on.

The six stages of a program, from market research to the monthly results meeting, are on Our Process.

People and platform

Powerful intelligence. Powered by real people.

Technology makes our people better. Our people turn intelligence into opportunities.

What the intelligence provides

  • Prospect, company and facility data on every account
  • Targeting from playbooks built on qualified-appointment history
  • Industry insight written into each playbook and talk track
  • An AI trainer, role plays and graded certification
  • A queue, a talk track and follow-up coordinated in one place
  • Performance visibility for us and for you

What our people provide

  • The conversation itself, on a recorded line
  • Relationships with gatekeepers and buyers
  • Discovery: what the buyer actually needs
  • Objection handling in the moment
  • Qualification against your criteria
  • Follow-through on every callback
  • Judgment about when a meeting is real

Abstrakt is not an AI SDR company: no AI makes our calls. Where AI does the work, and where people do.

Experience

Built on experience. Improved through execution.

Every list, call and meeting adds to what the next program starts from. Here is how each part connects, and who or what does the work at each point.

  1. Prospect data

The account map, facility specs and verified contact details behind every list.

    Data
  2. Industry knowledge

Playbook criteria derived from the qualified appointments that playbook has already produced.

    From history
  3. Activity

Every call recorded and dispositioned by the rep; engagement signals kept on each record.

    Rep and platform
  4. Recovery and follow-up

Answerable pushback in a transcript becomes a recovery task; completed calls become follow-up drafts.

    Automated
  5. Rep readiness

Role-play calls with an AI prospect, graded by the AI trainer before a rep is certified.

    AI-assisted
  6. Appointment quality

Each meeting graded on the 25-point scorecard by a reviewer who did not make the call.

    Human review
  7. Outcomes and client review

Meetings tracked to closed, and walked through with you on monthly collaboration calls.

    Human
  8. Analysis

Performance Intelligence across 3.1M+ calls and 25,000+ appointments, by vertical, title and company size.

    Human analysis

Where the platform acts on its own, we say so: recovery tasks and follow-up drafts are created automatically, and role-play calls are graded by the AI trainer. Meeting quality is judged by a person, and changes to a program are agreed with you.

Why it is hard to copy

More than software. An entire sales development infrastructure.

Data, tools and people only produce meetings when they work as one system. These are the parts we run for you.

  • Proprietary data

14M+ U.S. commercial buildings mapped, 200+ intent triggers monitored and 2.8B+ signals processed per quarter.

  • Data management and enrichment

Facility specs, verified direct dials and deliverable emails, with DNC, exclusivity and active-client suppression applied before a list is assigned.

  • Industry intelligence

A playbook per vertical, with criteria derived from the qualified appointments each one has produced.

  • Engagement technology

Dialer, recorded line, interactive talk track, recovery queue and follow-up by direct mail, LinkedIn and email.

  • AI-assisted training

An AI trainer, AI role plays and a graded certification on every account before the first dial.

  • Recruiting and training

500+ U.S.-based team members on one St. Louis campus. Every rep completes two weeks of extensive training before taking a call on the floor.

  • Management and coaching

Reps are trained, certified and coached on your program, with the calls recorded for review.

  • Quality assurance

Every meeting graded on the 25-point 5 Star Scorecard and checked against the call transcript.

  • Client handoff

A meeting brief for whoever attends, with proof the email was delivered.

  • Reporting and analytics

The Results Portal, the opportunity board and monthly collaboration calls.

  • Operational process

The ENGAGE Sales Process. Abstrakt's founders have more than 35 years of experience in sales scripting.

  • Continuous improvement

Playbook criteria come from the qualified appointments each playbook has produced, and every call adds to that history.

When you work with Abstrakt, you gain access to more than an outsourced sales team. You gain the benefit of an established intelligence-powered sales development infrastructure, without having to build and manage every component yourself.

Data quality

What makes a list worth calling.

A record count is not a measure of accuracy. We do not publish a data accuracy rate. These are the practices behind every list we assign to a program.

Coverage
14M+ U.S. commercial buildings mapped, and territory sizing that counts verified, reachable business contacts.
Relevance
Default criteria for each vertical come from the qualified appointments that playbook has already produced.
Contact accuracy
List counts show decision-maker contacts with a verified direct dial or mobile, and a verified, deliverable email.
Industry specificity
Facility criteria per playbook, such as roof size, roof age, building ownership and employee count.
Decision-maker identification
Title, seniority, department, who they report to, tenure and why we target that role.
Enrichment
Facility specs on each record carry their source, such as an imagery-derived roof estimate.
Actionability
DNC, exclusivity and active-client suppression are applied before a list is assigned to your account.
Feedback and maintenance
A prospect who is not a fit is removed before a rep sees the name, and suppressed on every channel after a call.
Industries

Intelligence built for the markets you sell into.

Each industry runs on its own playbook: the accounts worth calling, the person who decides and the moment that opens the door. A few examples from our playbooks:

Every industry we serve is on the industries page, and every metro has its own market data on locations.

Enterprise

Built for enterprise programs, too.

Enterprise SDR/BDR programs run on the same team and platform, sized to the account universe.

  • A separate playbook, qualification criteria, certified team and reporting for each business unit
  • Territory lists sized metro by metro, so a national program can open markets in waves and report by market
  • Outreach to each role on the buying committee, with why that role matters written into the collateral every rep certifies on
  • Every meeting graded on the 25-point scorecard and checked against the call transcript
Explore Enterprise SDR/BDR
Privacy and security

Privacy by default in what we show.

  • Demos and the screens on this page use fictional companies and contacts.
  • Calls on your program run on a recorded line, and the recordings are yours to hear in My Voice.
  • DNC suppression is applied when a list is built, and a prospect who is not a fit is suppressed on every channel.
  • How your CRM connects is scoped for each program during program design.

We do not publish how the platform is built. If you have security, access or data-handling requirements, we will go through them with you before a program starts.

What is Abstrakt Intelligence?

Abstrakt Intelligence is the proprietary platform Abstrakt's sales development teams work in. It combines proprietary business data, industry intelligence and AI-assisted tools with trained U.S.-based professionals. It builds and reviews the prospect list for your territory, trains and certifies each rep on your account, runs the calls and the follow-up across direct mail, LinkedIn and email, and puts every booked meeting through a quality review before it reaches you.

How does Abstrakt Intelligence work?

In four stages. Target sizes your territory and builds a reviewed list from playbook criteria. Train certifies each rep on your account with an AI trainer and a graded role-play call. Execute runs the calls on a recorded line, recovers calls with answerable pushback and turns every call into follow-up. Deliver reviews every booked meeting before you see it and tracks it to closed.

Is Abstrakt Intelligence proprietary?

Yes. It is Abstrakt's own platform, and every Abstrakt rep works in it. It is not a third-party tool we resell.

What data does Abstrakt Intelligence use?

An account map of 14M+ U.S. commercial buildings mapped, 200+ intent triggers monitored, 2.8B+ signals processed per quarter, the qualified-appointment history behind each industry playbook, facility specs for each account and the engagement signals on every prospect record: dials, connects, conversations, email replies and LinkedIn activity.

How does it identify the right companies to target?

It sizes your territory first, then applies the criteria of an industry playbook we already run. Those criteria are derived from the qualified appointments that playbook has produced, and each one can be edited for your program. DNC, exclusivity and active-client suppression are applied, and any prospect who is not a fit is removed before the list is assigned to your account.

How does it identify decision-makers?

Each prospect record names the decision-maker with their title, seniority, department, who they report to, tenure and why we target that role, next to a direct dial, mobile, email and LinkedIn. List counts show how many decision-maker contacts have a verified direct dial or mobile and a verified, deliverable email.

How does AI support Abstrakt sales reps?

An AI trainer runs live role plays on camera and answers questions about your account while reps study. In a recorded practice call the AI plays your prospect, raises pushback the rep has not seen and grades the call. On live calls, transcripts with answerable pushback become recovery tasks automatically, and every completed call becomes follow-up written from what the prospect said. No AI makes our calls.

Are human sales reps involved?

Yes. Certified U.S.-based reps make every call on a recorded line. Every rep completes two weeks of extensive training before taking a call on the floor, and every rep is certified on a client, including AI role plays, before representing that client. A reviewer who did not make the call grades each meeting on the 25-point scorecard.

How are appointments qualified?

Against your qualifier sheet and the Right Company, Right Contact, Right Timing standard. Every booked meeting is graded on the 5 Star Scorecard, reviewed with the call transcript and marked qualified, pending review or disqualified before it is delivered to you.

What is the Results Portal?

The Results Portal is your view of the program on any device: lead management, results dashboards from activity to booked meetings, My Voice recordings of the real calls made on your account, survey results, invoices and The Grow Show. We walk through it with you on monthly collaboration calls.

Can clients access Abstrakt Intelligence directly?

Clients do not log in to the internal platform: the dialer, the training screens and the list builder are run by our team. You see what they produce in the Results Portal, which you can open any time, and in the meeting brief sent before every appointment.

Is Abstrakt Intelligence sold as standalone software?

No. It is included in every Abstrakt sales development program. You do not license it, configure it, staff it or pay for it separately. You buy a sales development program, and the platform runs underneath it.

How does Abstrakt use historical sales data?

Default playbook criteria are derived from the qualified appointments each playbook has produced, and every call adds to that history. Our Performance Intelligence data, 3.1M+ calls and 25,000+ appointments across 15 commercial service verticals, is also the source of our published sales benchmarks. History, not a promise of results.

What industries does Abstrakt Intelligence support?

Commercial trades such as HVAC, roofing, cleaning, electrical, fire protection, construction, flooring, landscaping, painting and paving, and B2B industries such as manufacturing, software, professional services, logistics and insurance. Each industry runs on its own playbook.

How is prospect privacy protected?

Public demos and the screens on this page use fictional companies and contacts. On live programs, DNC suppression is applied when a list is built, and a prospect who is not a fit is suppressed on every channel. If you have specific security or data-handling requirements, we will go through them with you before a program starts.

Are the companies in the demo real?

No. The demo uses fictional companies and contacts to protect client and prospect privacy. The platform and the capabilities you see are real.

What makes Abstrakt Intelligence different from sales intelligence software?

Software gives you data and leaves the work to your team. Abstrakt Intelligence is run by the people who use it every day: the list is built from playbooks with a meeting history, reps are certified on your account before they dial, every conversation becomes follow-up, and every meeting is reviewed before you see it. You get the outcome of the whole system, not a login.

Does Abstrakt Intelligence support enterprise programs?

Yes. Enterprise SDR/BDR programs run on the same team and platform, with a separate playbook, qualification criteria, certified team and reporting for each business unit, territory lists sized metro by metro and outreach to each role on the buying committee.

What is guaranteed?

An appointment guarantee based on your industry; the exact number is in your agreement. If we miss the number by the end of the year, we work for free until we hit it.
