Challenges and Initial State
About Our Partner: Our client is a third-generation, family-owned HVAC company that has built its reputation on hard work, honesty, and integrity. Their mission is to deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service while maintaining long-standing community relationships.
Despite their strong legacy, the company faced a critical challenge: a lack of online presence. In today’s digital-first marketplace, they knew prospects often research businesses online before making a decision. Without visibility in search results, the company risked losing opportunities to competitors. To grow, they needed to distinguish themselves in a crowded market and ensure potential customers could easily find and trust their brand.
Strategic Implementation
To tackle this challenge, the HVAC company partnered with Abstrakt’s Inbound SDR team. Together, they built a digital strategy designed to boost visibility and attract qualified leads. This included:
Website optimization – Refreshing the site with modern UX/UI and mobile-first design best practices.
Keyword growth – Expanding rankings across core HVAC services to capture local search demand.
Content strategy – Consistently publishing fresh, optimized content to establish authority and relevance.
Ongoing digital support – Maintaining an offensive approach to keep the company ahead of competitors.
This holistic approach ensured that the company wasn’t just “present” online but actively competing at the top of search results.
Unprecedented Visibility
Since the beginning of the partnership, the company has seen:
59 → 550+ keyword rankings (an almost 10x increase).
Significant increases in website traffic from local prospects actively searching for HVAC services.
A steady flow of organic inbound leads generated through ongoing optimization and content efforts.
The owner summed it up best:
“We did not have any presence, and now we do. Abstrakt is on top of it and looking out for us. I trust that.”
With a stronger digital footprint, the HVAC company continues to grow daily—proving the long-term value of an effective inbound strategy.
