Turning Outbound & Inbound Programs Into $200K in New Business

Harring Fire Protection had a revenue problem hiding inside a revenue success.
The Philadelphia-based fire protection company was busy. Projects were closing. Referrals were coming in. But when they looked at where their revenue was actually coming from, the split was uncomfortable. Too much depended on new construction activity and word-of-mouth timing. Not enough came from service maintenance and inspections, the recurring work that holds its value when building permits slow down and referral networks go quiet.
They wanted to fix that ratio by scaling into property management. To do it, they needed a pipeline that didn’t depend on who they knew or what was getting built.
That’s what they built with Abstrakt.
Two Programs. One Goal.
Abstrakt deployed outbound BDR and inbound SDR simultaneously, not sequentially.
Outbound put Harring in front of facility managers and property managers who were actively evaluating fire protection vendors. Cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and direct mail ran off the same prospect list, the same messaging, and the same SDR team. By the time a decision-maker picked up the phone, there was a real chance they had already seen a piece of direct mail or a LinkedIn message from the same program. The conversation started warmer.
Inbound built the digital presence that made every outbound conversation easier to close. Before Abstrakt launched Harring’s website in February 2025, the company had a domain authority of 9 and no meaningful organic search presence. Twelve months later, they ranked for 444 keywords and generated 54,000 monthly impressions. Within weeks of launch, Harring had received five inbound form submissions, more than they had ever generated digitally before the program existed.
The two programs compounded each other. Outbound generated appointments today. Inbound built the credibility that made those appointments easier to convert.
What the Program Produced
Over 28 months: 195 appointments booked, 16 deals closed, $200,000 in new business.
Three of those deals are worth examining closely. Each one shows what a disciplined program does that a referral network never can.
The hotel that said no twice. A hotel’s director of engineering told Abstrakt’s SDR they were under contract and satisfied with their current vendor. Most programs move that lead to dead status. Abstrakt’s SDR built a relationship instead, tracked the vendor relationships in place, and stayed in contact until the timing changed. When the hotel was ready to reevaluate, Harring was already a known name. They closed at $59,000.
The manufacturer who would only communicate by email. A manufacturing company president made it clear upfront: email only, no calls. The SDR treated it as a working constraint, not a dead end. Over time, consistent and relevant email outreach developed the relationship until the manufacturer was ready to look at their current vendor. Harring closed at $12,500.
The closed project that became a service relationship. A prospect whose original project closed at $104,000 received consistent follow-up from Abstrakt’s SDR long after the work was done. When a new need emerged, a replacement electric fire pump and controller, the SDR secured a site visit. A finished project became an active service opportunity. That’s the difference between a program with pipeline discipline and one that treats closed work as a closed conversation.
What Changed for Harring
By November 2025, two separate companies called Harring specifically because they had used Harring’s blog content to educate themselves before reaching out. One of Harring’s leaders started incorporating the website into his sales presentations after seeing how prospects responded to it at an industry event.
That’s the shift Harring wanted when they started. Not just more leads. A business that buyers could find, research, and trust before anyone made a call.
Abstrakt built both sides of that equation: the outbound engine that got Harring into conversations, and the inbound presence that made those conversations worth having.
The Result
195 appointments. 16 closed deals. $200,000 in new business. A website generating inbound leads from buyers who found Harring through content before a single SDR reached out.
Harring didn’t wait for a slow quarter to force the issue. They invested in both programs before it became urgent, and their pipeline reflects it.
