Overview
A Tulsa commercial cleaning and facility services company with an established client base and low turnover.
Program: Outbound BDR. Scope: Local market. Timeframe: First year of the program (case published April 2026).
The challenge
When Century lost a sales rep, leadership faced the classic build-or-buy decision: recruit, hire and train a replacement, or outsource the function entirely. Meanwhile, the referral network that had built the business had clearly hit its ceiling.
Who we reached
Facility managers, who own the vendor relationships for their buildings and switch cleaning providers when the incumbent slips or the contract renews.
The strategy
Abstrakt built the prospect list from scratch: verified decision-makers, validated contact information and the operating context that moves a sales conversation forward. Century did not have to hire, train or manage anyone.
Execution
A four-channel outbound program across phone, email, LinkedIn and direct mail with coordinated messaging, run by Abstrakt's SDR team against that list.

Why it worked
Commercial cleaning contracts change hands when the incumbent slips or the contract renews, windows you cannot predict from a referral network. Consistent outreach meant Century was already in the conversation when those windows opened.
