About Our Partner
Our client is a commercial cleaning company dedicated to providing high-quality, reliable cleaning services for businesses. They came to Abstrakt with a clear goal: grow their customer base and secure consistent, recurring revenue through B2B appointment setting.
Client’s Challenges
When COVID-19 struck the U.S., nearly every industry felt the impact. Businesses cut budgets, paused services, or closed their doors altogether. For commercial cleaning companies, this presented unique challenges: clients were leaving, offices were closing, and revenue opportunities seemed uncertain.
Despite these circumstances, our client knew the importance of maintaining a strong sales pipeline. They needed a partner who could keep nurturing prospects, uncover new opportunities, and close deals—even during one of the most difficult economic periods in recent history.
Our Solution
Abstrakt’s Outbound SDR program provided exactly that. Our sales representatives continued reaching out to new prospects while also nurturing long-term leads that had been in the pipeline for years.
We didn’t overhaul or abandon our process when the pandemic hit—we trusted it. By staying consistent and persistent, we ensured opportunities were always moving forward. This meant tracking decision-makers, making regular calls, and setting qualified appointments at the right time.
The Excellent Results
Within just one month during the peak of the pandemic, we closed two major deals for our client, resulting in $3,500 in new monthly recurring revenue.
Deal 1: A fruit and vegetable processing plant that had been in the pipeline since 2017. After years of steady outreach and nurturing, the deal finally closed with a holiday floor care contract.
Deal 2: An advertising services company that moved from first contact to closed business in just three calls. Even as the company transitioned to remote work, we secured an appointment, scheduled a walkthrough, and helped our client win the contract.
These wins not only provided immediate revenue but also proved the resilience and effectiveness of Abstrakt’s appointment setting process. No matter the circumstances—even a global pandemic—our method works.
