These are the 9 industries Abstrakt's SDRs call for electrical work, with how many of each are in the Provo-Orem metro and who to ask for. Who else is calling Provo-Orem facility and plant teams
50commercial electrical contractors
15.6larger buildings per contractor, #7 of 100
Buildings per contractor: Provo and nearby markets
50 nonresidential electrical contractors are based in the Provo-Orem metro. 13 more opened over the past year, so buyers are fielding new names. The trade is 34% less concentrated than the U.S. as a whole, so a consistent outbound program reaches facility and plant teams that are not tired of contractor calls. 15.6 larger electrical-buying buildings per contractor puts Provo 7 of 100 markets, and 1 of 2 in Utah. That is more room per contractor than most metros, so systematic prospecting tends to find accounts nobody is working. Provo has more larger buildings per contractor than the nearest markets.
Senior living and skilled nursing84 larger sitesExecutive director, maintenance director, regional facilities manager
Tier 1 covers retail stores, manufacturing plants and senior living and skilled nursing with 50 or more people on site.
How Abstrakt runs it
What your Provo appointment-setting program looks like
Your outsourced sales development team works the numbers above under your name. Here is the plan for Provo commercial electrical contractors.
01
Build the Provo list
Your ideal customer profile becomes a target list drawn from the 780 larger electrical-buying buildings in the metro, starting in Utah County. That fits inside the 1,500-account list a Foundation program starts with, leaving room to add Salt Lake City if your crews travel.
02
Reach the person who signs
For electrical, that starts with the store or district manager at retail stores, then two or three contacts at each of the 262 Tier 1 sites. Calls, email and LinkedIn run together; Growth adds direct mail and intent data.
03
Call every month, with the right message
Your SDR calls Provo facility and plant teams every month of the year at the same pace. What changes is the message: each account's maintenance contract renewal and project timing, and the problems the building is dealing with right now. The calendar never stops filling.
04
Book only qualified meetings
Every meeting passes Right Company, Right Contact and Right Timing, and arrives with the building's electrical notes, the incumbent electrician and the project or renewal timing.
05
See every dial
The Results Portal shows every call, email, conversation and booked meeting in the Provo program, around the clock.
Guaranteed. We agree the activity or qualified-appointment number in writing before launch. If we miss it by the end of the year, we work for free until we hit it.
