Overview
This Utah-based IT company has been providing managed services and cybersecurity solutions for over 20 years. They support more than 200 clients across the Wasatch Front and beyond, managing over 7,000 computers, 600 servers, and hundreds of networks. Their long-term success comes from proactive client support, deep technical expertise, and strong retention—many of their customers have been with them for decades.
Partnership Goals
After years of relying on referrals and word-of-mouth, this IT provider needed a consistent flow of qualified sales appointments to accelerate their growth. Their biggest challenge was lead quality and finding a trusted partner who could deliver conversations that matched their ideal customer profile. They partnered with Abstrakt to build a sustainable outbound strategy that delivers verified, high-value meetings every month with decision-makers in their target markets.
