About Our Partner
In the heart of the Midwest, our partner prioritizes the longevity and aesthetics of commercial properties. Specializing in enhancing curb appeal, improving drainage, and ensuring safety and compliance, they elevate property value and reduce long-term costs.
Client’s Challenges
Despite a solid reputation for unparalleled craftsmanship and stellar customer service, the Midwest asphalt leader faced obstacles in scaling operations. They needed a dedicated business development partner, one with expertise and innovative strategies, to drive consistent year-over-year growth. It wasn’t just about finding new clients, but about laying the groundwork for long-term, sustainable expansion.
Our Solution
Outbound BDR meticulously assembled a list of potential businesses in our partner’s unique target areas. We initiated calls and emails to sieve through potential partners and pinpoint key decision-makers. The aim? Set up sales meetings for our partner with decision-makers or key influencers related to construction/ maintenance of paving, concrete, or asphalt. Each decision-maker must be considering at least 2 of the 3 services.
The Excellent Results
Our strategy led to significant results, securing $171K in total closed business thus far. Beyond the impressive figures, the partnership boasted a perfect 100% meeting attendance rate, ensuring our partner’s proposals were always presented to an attentive audience. This combination of meaningful engagements and tangible success has set a new benchmark for our partner’s ambitions.
