Earn. Learn. Advance.

Your ambition belongs somewhere it can grow. Here is what that means at Abstrakt, in plain terms.

  1. Earn

    Your Effort Should Create Opportunity.

Sales development roles pay a salary plus commission, so the reps who book more meetings take home more. Every open job lists its posted pay range, high performers can earn a base salary increase after six months, and the benefits start with the job.

    • A posted pay range on every open job
    • Base plus commission in sales development roles
    • Health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching and PTO

  2. Learn

You Don't Have to Know Everything. You Have to Be Willing to Learn.

No one takes a call on day one. You get two weeks of paid training, then certification on every client you represent, including AI role plays, then a manager who coaches the floor every week and listens to calls.

    • 10 business days of paid training
    • Certified on each client before you represent it
    • Weekly coaching on real calls

  3. Advance

After 90 days you can apply for internal promotions, and 90% of higher-level positions here are filled from inside. Promotions are earned on performance, not handed out on a calendar, and the people running the company today show it can be done.

Training and development

We'll Invest in Your Development. You Bring the Drive.

No one is handed a phone and a list on day one. Every new rep is trained before the first call and certified on each client before representing it. After that, the coaching never really stops: your manager listens to calls and coaches the floor every week.

That matters most if you have never sold anything. You learn the hardest skill in business first, researching an account, reaching the decision-maker and asking for the meeting, and you get paid while you learn it.

A fixed salary, paid twice a month. It does not move with your results.
Commission
The variable part, tied to your results. This is where reps who book more meetings separate.

Base plus the commission you earn at goal. Ask your recruiter to walk you through the plan behind a posted range.

How much does an SDR at Abstrakt make?

Our current Sales Development Representative posting lists a pay range of $40,000 to $55,000 a year. Pay is a base salary plus commission, and high performers can earn a base salary increase after six months. Your offer letter spells out the plan.
