The St. Louis Business Journal recently covered Advantes Development’s project on Laclede’s Landing. Abstrakt has called the area home for the past six years. We have expanded a few times, with our next move coming up in the next few months.
“Abstrakt Marketing, which occupies the building next door, will take the entire second floor, connecting it to its existing space to create a contiguous office footprint, as well as the northeast corner of the first floor.”
We’re eager to utilize the new space to continue to expand and grow. This expansion, along with the development of the Peper Lofts, will continue to help with the revitalization of the Landing. The area has much to offer, especially with its historic value and proximity to the Arch. It’s great that companies like Advantes Development are seeing its benefits.
“Now, for the first time ever, The Landing will be a place to live, work and play, offering a truly unique lifestyle experience.” – John Clark, president of the Laclede’s Landing Community Improvement District.
