Once you submit your application, our Talent Team will review it. If there’s a match, we’ll reach out to you to complete a phone screen.

Let's Chat

During the phone screen with one of our recruiters, we’ll work to understand your background, motivations, and career goals and, of course, discuss what it’s like to be part of the Abstrakt team. Interviewing is a two-way street, so make sure to ask questions to understand whether we’re what you’re looking for as well.

Interviews and Assessments

Greetings & Meetings

After the initial phone screen, you’ll be scheduled for a virtual interview with a member of our People Team.

  • People Team Interview

    Your people team interviewer will ask questions about your experience, how you’d work together, and how you can bring new perspectives to the team.

  • 1.5 Hour Tour, Shadow & Practical

    If we choose to move forward after the first interview, we'll schedule you to come in and visit us on-site for a tour of our campus, a shadow session with a current team member, and a mock role play session.

  • Reference Check

    After your on-site visit, we'll ask that you send us contact information for two references that we can reach out to about your prior experience.

  • Email Assessment

    As a last step to the process, we'll send you two sample partner email prompts and ask that you respond to these emails as you would if they were from a real Abstrakt partner.

If it’s a match on both ends, your recruiter will reach out with details on the best part: your offer! If you accept, we’ll kick off preboarding to get you ready for your first day. When you start, our training team will be there at each step to be sure you feel empowered to start making an impact.
