Overview
This Utah-based contractor is a full-service commercial and residential roofing company that has been solving complex roofing challenges for more than 20 years. They specialize in roof restoration, replacement, coatings, and maintenance across the Salt Lake City region and are authorized installers for several trusted roofing system manufacturers.
Partnership Goals
Before partnering with us, this contractor relied heavily on referrals and had previously worked with a pay-per-lead provider that delivered inconsistent quality. Their goal was to build a predictable, guaranteed appointment model that would keep their sales team focused on closing deals instead of chasing unqualified leads. Market exclusivity and transparent reporting made them confident in trying a new approach.
Notable Wins
- $232K closed with a manufacturing facility after months of nurturing and rescheduling. The account required multiple follow-ups and a final coordinated pitch that sealed the deal.
- $1.45M closed with a large industrial client that initially had no roofing needs. Persistent outreach and relationship-building uncovered a major repair project that turned into a full roof replacement.
Results
A growing pipeline of high-value commercial opportunities driven by consistent outbound and inbound performance.
