Partner Performance Manager

The Partner Performance Manager (PPM) is fully trained on the product(s) and has perfected and exceeded the expectations of the PSR position.  The PPM serves as the back up to the PSM while also maintaining their duties on the phone where they conducts research, collects data about our target markets, cold call into companies to identify key decision makers, deliver client specific messages to those decision makers, and set up meetings/appointments on behalf of our client companies.

Partner Sales Manager

Reporting to the Director, Partner Sales, the Partner Sales Manager (PSM) is responsible for managing all aspects of their Partner Sales and lead generation process as it pertains to his or her specific team.  Major duties include: daily coaching of (PSR) Partner Sales Representatives to achieve metric performance goals; providing management communications to the Director; monitoring & reporting on sales metrics; and managing the Salesforce administration process.
