SCOPE OF ROLE

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is fully trained on the industries/services of 4-5 clients served by Abstrakt Marketing Group. The SDR conducts research and collects data about our target markets, cold calls into companies within their client’s market to identify key decision-makers, deliver client-specific messages to those decision-makers, and set up meetings/appointments on behalf of our client companies. Each client will have their own appointment goal that the SDR is responsible for hitting each month. With minimal supervision, the successful SDR will manage the activity of each account and adhere to the sales-driven goals, expectations while having a willingness to be measured against sales metrics set by Abstrakt Marketing Group.

  • Set up appointments for the Senior Account Executive Team in order to help them sell new partners and exceed sales and growth goals on a monthly basis
  • SDR will be responsible for a determined number of Appointments they source in territories and niches given to them and a certain amount of held pitches based on a minimum 50% show rate
  • SDR will be responsible for causing a minimum of $11,250 in Sold Revenue Monthly
  • Appointment and Pitch goal will be determined based on the SDR level that they enter

As a Sales Development Representative, we require you to have the following requirements in order to complete the job:

  • Expertise in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly skilled in appointment setting
  • Highly skilled in objection handling
  • Vast background of industries that Abstrakt excels in and how these companies make money so they can determine what prospects are the best fit
  • Expert communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize requests
  • Possess very strong problem-solving skills
