The 2021 Inspiring Workplaces Awards (formerly The Employee Engagement Awards), announced on June 15 its shortlist of finalists for EMEA and North America. Abstrakt Marketing Group was named a winner in the categories of Inspiring Wellbeing and Inspiring Innovation. The organization has previously won two Employee Engagement Awards and two Inspiring Workplaces Awards.
The chosen award winners are organizations that the independent panel of judges believe put their people at the heart of their business. This year’s submissions have uncovered a new level of strategic thinking and excellence.

The Inspiring Workplaces Awards recognizes uplifting places to work and the roles within them. Their goal is to shine the spotlight on inspirers who strive to deliver a better experience for their colleagues and a competitive advantage to their organization. Inspiring Wellbeing Award
This award is presented to organizations that use wellbeing initiatives to better engage staff with the organization’s goals and future, improve day-to-day productivity, and create a better working environment for all team members.
Inspiring Innovation Award
In a rapidly changing world of work, to inspire employees consistently requires creativity and adaptability. This award is given to organizations that are breaking from the pack and creating innovative new ways to drive inspiration.
