    What does the Partner Sales Representative role entail?

    As a PSR, you’ll be fully trained on the services, history, and mission of 4-5 clients that utilize Abstrakt’s outbound marketing services. We collaborate with a broad variety of clients across several different verticals, giving you the chance to stay current on industry trends and broaden your skill set. While your main focus will be scheduling appointments on behalf of our clients with qualified potential customers, there are several other unique responsibilities that come with the role, including:

    • Conducting research and collecting data for target markets
    • Contacting companies to identify key decision makers and build relationships
    • Delivering client-specific messages to those decision makers
    • Managing a “pipeline” of various contacts and creating a client database
    • Providing input into the development of creative materials

    Each client has a specific metric that aligns with their sales objectives. As the PSR for their account, your job will revolve around setting appointments on their behalf so that they’re able to hit their targets, grow their business, and ultimately enter new partnerships. This isn’t just some sales job where you peddle a product or service you don’t believe in to meet an arbitrary quota—as a PSR, you’ll be in prime position to help companies make tangible progress, and give yourself the opportunity to develop new skills applicable to unique industries. Few (if any) other jobs can offer you the chance to wear so many hats.
