Partner Sales Representative
Abstrakt Marketing Group, an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company, is seeking out experienced sales candidates or those candidates with an interest in sales to join us as Partner Sales Representatives.
We are in the middle of some very exciting growth and looking for candidates that are interested in a career in sales. We currently are hiring new Partner Sales Representatives! New team members will benefit from Abstrakt Sales Academy, an extensive 48 week sales training program, as well as a starting salary and additional bonus opportunities.
The Partner Sales Representative (PSR) is fully trained on the product(s) of 3-4 clients served by Abstrakt Marketing Group. The PSR conducts research and collects data about our target markets, cold call into companies to identify key decision makers, deliver client specific messages to those decision makers, and set up meetings/appointments on behalf of our client companies.
Every PSR is responsible for generating revenue and profit margin with a telephonic outbound sales role with appointments set as the main metric goal. With minimal supervision, the successful PSR will manage the activity of each account and adhere to the sales driven goals, expectations while having a willingness to be measured against sales metrics set by Abstrakt Marketing Group.
Other responsibilities include managing a “pipeline” process of different levels of targeted contacts, assistance in designing and creating a client database, as well as having input into the development of creative materials such as scripts, letters, etc. This is an in-house professional level sales position and only the best and brightest will be selected to participate in our hiring process.

- Salary 30k plus commission/incentives driving first year to 40K plus

In order to maintain business growth at such a rapid pace, Abstrakt Marketing Group is in need of a Web Developer to support our ever-growing client base and internal needs of the business. This is a career position where your expertise is greatly valued and will have the opportunity to impact the success of multiple business units. This position will report directly to the Director of Virtual Marketing.
Our ideal candidate is a highly creative web developer who can start with a mockup and build a highly functional website. The developer will work closely with designers, content creators and project managers from the sitemap/content stage to Wireframe/Mockup States and finally to the execution.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools
- Cross-browser development
- Experience optimizing for website speed & performance
- Experience with WordPress theme development
- Maintenance of existing client sites
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work through deadline changes
- Adheres to best practices of WordPress development
- Provide technical feedback on functionality requests
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in web application development
- Articulate, accurate, deadline conscious and detail driven candidate with above average oral and written communication
- Review-able portfolio of projects or advanced experience
- Graphic design exposure is a plus

Responsibilities include writing and editing messaging to assist in the Implementation Process for Abstrakt Marketing Group, writing and editing Abstrakt marketing material, as well as any other writing or proofing needs of the company. A copywriter’s duties include, but are not limited to, composing Email Libraries, composing Marketing/Process Assets, writing materials for Abstrakt such as press releases, and assisting with coordinating writing needs between clients and Abstrakt.
Bachelor’s Degree in English or similar, willingness to work in a team setting, above average knowledge of proper spelling and grammar, average to above average technical skills, familiarity with Microsoft Word, ability to work from 8am to 5pm weekdays
Project management experience, sales experience, copywriting experience
