Four channels, one prospect
Modern buyers rarely answer the first time you reach out. Calls, email, LinkedIn and direct mail keep reaching the same person, in order, until a name turns into a real conversation.
Abstrakt – the full picture
What's included, what it costs, what we guarantee, and all the proof, good and bad.

Every program runs the same way. What changes is how much of it happens each month. Pick the package that matches how many reps will take the appointments.
Best fit for 1–2 reps
A first outbound program, or entering a new market
$5,000 per month
Best fit for 2–4 reps
Teams ready to consistently fill the calendar
$7,250 per month
Best fit for 4+ reps
Scaling across reps, territories or verticals
$9,250 per month
Monthly volumes are approximate. Your full sheet is in the deck we walked through.
Your own SDRs, a Partner Success Manager, an Assistant Sales Manager, plus data and CRM support.
Dialer, data, CRM sync and outreach tools, with no separate licenses to buy.
We hire, ramp and coach the team, and we cover the seat when someone is out.
Campaign assets, a live portal, and a monthly meeting to read the numbers together.

24/7 portal access, plus a monthly meeting to read the numbers together.
Performance guarantee
If we fall short of the number we agreed on, we keep working at no cost until we get there.
The performance guarantee is available based on your industry, target market and program structure, and it applies on the 13-month program, where there is enough runway for slower opportunities to convert. Where it applies, we agree on the number with you before we start, and then we're on the hook for it.
It runs annually on purpose. Outbound builds on itself: cleaning the data, finding the right contacts, refining the message, staying consistent. A longer run gives the people who said “not yet” time to come back, and it lets us hold out for better appointments rather than easier ones.
Right company. Right person. Clearly agrees to meet.
A market is one metro plus one trade, such as Greater St. Louis commercial roofing. Sign with us and we stop selling to every one of your competitors in that market. We turn away their business for as long as you're a partner, and we've lost deals holding to it.
$99,500 a year for one BDR.
That's a single hire, loaded: salary, benefits and commission, plus the recruiting, tooling, data and management around them. One person, and you still manage them.
Building this in-house means a payroll line plus a stack of software subscriptions. Here's what comes off the books.
What that one hire costs, next to what each package costs for a whole team.
$99,500
per year, loaded
$60,000
per year, $39,500 less than the hire
$87,000
per year, $12,500 less than the hire
$111,000
per year, $11,500 more than the hire
Advanced costs about one salary more than a single hire, and it runs at twice the volume with a team behind it.

Newest first, exactly as they come in: appointment setting, websites, SEO and everything else. Some people review us on more than one platform, so a few appear twice. We haven't taken any out.
Our response
Anonymous forums can sometimes show up in search results and include claims that don't reflect the full picture of who we are or the work we do. In this case, the post came from a deleted account, and with only broad, anonymous statements, there's no way to identify the source or meaningfully address the claims. We stand behind our reputation and leave the post where it is.
Our response
Scott's program targeted a narrow audience: C-suite and VP-level contacts at companies with $250M+ in revenue. Criteria that selective limits contact volume and reachability. When Scott raised concerns about prospect fit, our senior leadership hand-selected his LinkedIn prospects on three separate occasions, and the team kept adjusting targeting based on his feedback. For the final two months, we worked exclusively from the prospect list his team provided. We supported the account through the end of the contracted term.
Our response
CMM Roofing's partnership with Abstrakt included meaningful wins, and CMM expanded its services with us during the engagement. That partnership concluded in 2024. Richard's comments about another roofing company are observations from outside that business. We agree with Richard on one point: ask hard questions before signing.
Our response
This review comes from a prospect during our sales process. Abstrakt grants market exclusivity: once a company partners with us in a market, we stop offering our services to its direct competitors there. Another company secured the Huntsville market before Brent's agreement was in place. We honored that commitment, told him directly, and offered options in nearby open markets. Exclusivity is a promise we make to every partner, and we keep it even when it costs us a sale.
Our response
Karn's engagement lasted two months. Our performance guarantee is structured annually because data refinement, messaging, and pipeline development take time to compound. Many of the appointments we set are with decision-makers who already have a vendor in place. Replacing a provider someone already has is the core work of outbound. When Karn asked to move on, our Director of Partner Success and our President worked directly toward a resolution beyond what the agreement required.
Our response
We set appointments for Andrew early in the engagement, and prospect feedback from those meetings shaped how we adjusted the campaign. Our team modified the program and added gift box campaigns and webinars to create more in-person opportunities. When the partnership came to a close, we offboarded the account early and released him from the termination terms in his agreement.
Our response
Show rates were the central challenge in Zach's engagement, and our team adjusted the program continuously to address them. Every appointment we set is backed by attendance processes designed to secure prospect buy-in, along with reschedule procedures for meetings that don't happen as planned. When performance fell short of the original agreement, we moved the account to an activity-based model and added two months of service at no cost.
Our response
We appreciate Tom sharing his experience. Early in the engagement, show rates weren't where they needed to be, and instead of waiting, we adjusted our qualification criteria and tightened how we screened prospects, even knowing it would make hitting our guarantee more difficult in the short term. Our priority is always better appointments, not easier ones.
Our response
This campaign was still in its early stages, and several adjustments made based on partner feedback needed more time to take effect. When concerns around appointment quality and email volume were raised, we adapted the strategy, reallocated resources, and offered discounted options to support the account.
Our response
Our performance guarantee is structured annually because effective lead generation takes time to build through data cleansing, prospect identification, message refinement, and consistent outreach. In this case, the partnership ended five months into an annual program. Had it continued, we would have kept working at no additional cost until the agreed number was met. When a partnership ends before we can fully deliver, we own that gap.
Right company, right person, and they clearly agree to meet. The full seven-point check (fit, authority, notes, invite, QA, reminders and post-meeting feedback) is set out on the Performance Guarantee tab.
Once a company partners with us in a market, we stop offering our services to its direct competitors in that market. A market is a metro plus a trade. Greater St. Louis commercial roofing is separate from Greater St. Louis commercial HVAC. We hold to it even when it costs us a sale: we've turned prospects away because another company secured their market first, and told them so directly.
Every appointment is confirmed with the prospect before the meeting. They get the calendar invite themselves, and both sides get email and text reminders. If the meeting doesn't happen, we go back to the prospect and reschedule it.
Preparation runs about three weeks: kickoff, target market strategy, campaign messaging, then technology and list setup for your approval. You then meet the team that will run the program, and outreach goes live. First appointments are typically booked in the first month after that setup period, about seven weeks from signing.
You get a dedicated outbound team, a Partner Success Manager, an Assistant Sales Manager, data and CRM support, and content and reporting. Recruiting, training and quality control are ours, including covering the seat when someone is out. Abstrakt is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri.
Many of them will, and that's the work. Replacing a provider someone already has is the core of outbound work, and those first meetings often turn into real opportunities when a contract comes up for renewal or the service slips. That's also why the guarantee runs annually: a meeting set in month two frequently closes much later.
