Scott has been an entrepreneur most of his life, dating back to his days growing up in Iowa. Since earning his Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Minnesota State, Scott’s career took him to St. Louis, where he started, invested in or ran 10 different companies including: Advantage Marketing, Full Circe Solutions and Abstrakt Marketing Group, all of which have landed on the Inc. Magazine and St. Louis Business Journal Fastest Growing Lists. Additionally, Scott has received many prestigious awards, some of which include the St. Louis Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, St. Louis Top Workplaces award and St. Louis Business of the Year.

Scott attributes the success of these organizations to the people involved and the sales training and sales process that is at the core of everything we do. Scott is currently serving as President of Abstrakt Marketing Group.

John Schwepker

Director of Sales

Over 25 Years of Sales Experience!

John has a diverse background of working for Fortune 500 companies, privately held companies as well as being an entrepreneur. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at Southeast Missouri State University as well as an MBA from the University of Phoenix and has over two decades of Sales and Sales Management experience. Prior to his career in Sales, John was a 2–Time National Champion, 7–Time All American and 1988-1992 Olympic Trials Qualifier in the Decathlon, which is a true testament to his competitive nature.

John sold his imaging business in 2008 to Cintas, where he held the position of General Manager and then National Business Development Manager for the Document Imaging Division. Outside of the office John teaches “Professional Selling and Entrepreneurship” at St. Charles Community College. John is now the Director of Executive Sales at Abstrakt Marketing Group responsible for growing the Prospekt Business Development Division.

Steve Dozier

Director of Partner Sales

Over 20 Years of Sales Experience!

Steve has over 20 years of experience Consulting dealers and a very successful track record managing National Field and Inside Sales teams in the Automotive Industry. He owned a Nationwide Automotive Consulting firm for 9 years. Steve is nationally known for his ability to teach automotive consulting skills. As a VP of Account Consultants for of one of the largest marketing firms in the industry the division doubled the number of dealers they consulted while maintaining account retention over 97%.

Previously, as a National Training Director, Steve designed and hosted hundreds of workshops for independent dealers, four of the top ten dealer groups in the country, SET, Good Year and Precision Tune. Over 4,000 attendees  have participated in Steve’s Automotive workshops. He is now utilizing his experience to help Abstrakt’s Automotive social media clients grow their dealership groups. 

Jason Bahnak

Vice President of Business Development

Over 25 Years of Sales Experience! 

In a sentence, Jason was born to market. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Marvyille University in Saint Louis, Jason became the director of marketing for Anthony, Allan & Quinn, a business incubator. In 2006, Jason started Gateway Business Development, which specialized in using social media marketing and B2B lead generation to identify and deliver new opportunities to clients.

Four years later in 2010, Gateway Business Development’s client base and product line were merged into Abstrakt. Jason currently leads the Attrakt sales team in marketing our social media and SEO product lines. Jason resides in St. Louis with his wife Susanna and their three children.
