 The Case Study Conundrum

To use case studies or not to use case studies, that is the question. I’ll begin by explaining exactly what a case study is. A case study is simply an overview of how you helped a previous customer.  It will clearly state the issue at hand, talk about why the client sought your company’s expertise and include the planned solution and the path you will take to get there. Last, it will include the outcome of the situation. Now, when people search for products or services, they usually like to know previous experiences. They will usually like to know more than just what the sales person has to say. Many may believe that the age of the brochure is gone, but in reality it is still here and vibrant as ever. People may believe this because their brochures are not generating the type or amount of business they desire, but it could just be their brochure is outdated or unattractive.
