Partner Account Manager

This position reports directly to the Director of Executive Sales Training & Development which is the head of the College Internships.

The PSM will maintain a minimum of 3-4 clients out at the internship called on by intern staff, hold account management meetings with them as well as ensure that the Abstrakt Goal for the Maryville internship is hit on a daily, weekly, monthly basis with the goal of bringing in more revenue to the company. They will hold weekly trainings and one on one meetings/MAPs with the interns at least once a month to continue developing them.

Partner Sales Representative

Reporting to the Partner Sales Manager, the Partner Sales Representative is responsible for managing all aspects of the outbound and lead generation process as it pertains to his or her specific client base.

The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer growth and revenue objectives. The goal of the PSR position is to build new client relationships for our partners via inbound and outbound tactics.

Partner Retention Manager

Reporting to Partner Retention Senior Manager, the Partner Retention Manager (PRM) is responsible for providing support to outbound pipeline personnel.

The successful candidate will coordinate, conduct, monitor, audit, train, and administer feedback to pipeline teams based on key call elements. The goal of the PRM position is to increase overall client retention.

Partner Performance Manager

Reporting to the Partner Sales Manager, the Pipeline Performance Manager (PPM) is responsible for managing all aspects of client activity and the lead generation process as it pertains to his or her specific team. Major duties include: daily coaching of (PSR) Partner Sales Representatives to achieve metric performance goals; providing activity management; monitoring & reporting on sales metrics; and managing the salesforce administration process.

Executive Sales Representative

Reporting to the Director of Executive Sales, the Executive Sales Representative (ESR) position at Abstrakt Marketing Group requires an experienced, competitive, and hardworking sales candidate who will help Abstrakt expand in focused niches across the country.

The successful candidate will follow Abstrakt’s sales and marketing process to present our solutions, thus closing business for the company. The goal of the ESR position is to directly impact the growth of Abstrakt by bringing in new business.

Director of Partner Sales

Reporting to the Vice President of Partner Sales, the Director of Partner Sales is responsible for managing all aspects of their Partner Sales and lead generation process as it pertains to his or her specific teams.

Senior Executive Sales Representative

A Senior Account Executive is a motivated and experienced sales professional within the Executive Sales department at Abstrakt Marketing Group. A Senior Account Executive is an Executive Sales Representative who has hit his or her goals for the year and shown tenacity and leadership in all that they do. Each Senior Account Executive is responsible for selling referrals and upsells to existing clients. He or she will also sell cancelled clients and pitch prospects in various niches from appointments set by the internship program to expand Abstrakt’s client base. This individual will utilize Abstrakt’s own business development process to generate leads and appointments and will manage each customer through the Abstrakt defined sales process.

Reporting to the Director of Partner Sales, this individual will be tasked with the responsibility of coaching Partner Sales Representatives (PSRs) to achieve metric performance goals. He or she will also monitor and report on sales metrics and manage the salesforce administration process.

Partner Sales Trainer

The Partner Sales Trainer is responsible for overseeing, influencing, and leading strategic learning and development initiatives for new Partner Sales Representatives (PSRs) at AMG, focusing heavily on a consistent and superior learning experience. Working with the Director of Training, the Partner Sales Trainer will assess the current state of new hire training and assist in establishing a roadmap for future training. The Partner Sales Trainer is responsible for carrying out the design and implementation of a fully integrated sales training solution during the initial onboarding process.

Creative

Graphic Designer

Reporting to the Creative Director and working alongside a team of fun and supportive A-Players, you will be responsible for creating, designing, and managing individual projects from concept to completion for various clients across a variety of verticals. You will also ensure the integrity and continuity of the AMG brands.

Senior Video Producer

The Senior Producer, under the direction of the Director of Video Production, will be a highly creative, conceptual thinker with a broad technical background in video production that enables them to fill a variety of roles as needs dictate on a project-by-project basis. The Senior Producer will manage and oversee projects from conception to completion.

This role includes project management, writing, storyboarding, directing, cinematography, photography, editing, animation, and audio production. The Senior Producer will work closely with creative directors, art directors, and project managers to create compelling video for both Abstrakt Marketing Group, as well as our client partners.

Web Designer

Reporting to the Creative Director and working hand-in-hand with Copywriters, Digital Strategists, and Web Developers, you will play a critical role in the development of websites and landing pages, from initial kickoff to website launch. Working with a team of fun and supportive A-Players, you will be required to work on multiple websites and assignments at once, ensuring that client goals and deadlines are being met.

Social Media Strategist

Reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, the Social Media Strategist works with clients from across the country, helping them stand out on numerous social media platforms, while also monitoring and managing their online reputation.

The successful candidate will help its clients break through the noise on social channels and engage its audience. The goal of the Social Media Strategist position is to utilize social media initiatives to drive new business and conversions for Abstrakt’s clients.

Copywriter

This position is responsible for the day-to-day execution of content that represents client voicing and adheres to Abstrakt’s standards. In addition, the copywriter will research and identify content best practices and trends, as well as provide community insights that will be used to hone and improve website engagement. He/She is also responsible for ensuring completion of all projects being facilitated by the project management team at, or before, the approved due date while writing clear and concise copy on a wide range of topics.

Digital Strategist

As a Digital Strategist at Abstrakt Marketing Group, you will have a direct impact on the success and continued growth of our Pipeline Inbound clients. Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy, the Digital Strategist will be responsible for the creation of innovative and highly effective digital marketing strategies for website development, ongoing content, and Google ads. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with Virtual Marketing Managers (VMMs), Web Designers, and Copywriters to communicate and further expand client strategy and tactical planning initiatives.

Implementation Manager

This position will directly assist the Senior Implementation Project Manager and work with Executive Sales, Pipeline Inbound, Clients, PSMs, PPMs and PSRs.

Salesforce Implementation Manager

The Salesforce Implementation Manager is responsible for onboarding new partners of Abstrakt Cloud Solutions.

The successful candidate will own the client relationship with each client implementing with the main objective of setting up the partnership for success and handing them off to the fulfillment team. The goal of the Salesforce Implementation Manager position is to enhance and advance the relationship between Abstrakt and its onboarding Salesforce clients.

Recruiter

The Recruiter position will assist with general recruitment, compliance, and administrative responsibilities for the AMG Recruiting Division. This opportunity provides a well-rounded experience for those interested in pursuing a career in Recruiting or someone with previous experience in the field. This position is hands-on with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and driving social media campaigns. The Recruiter I will directly assist the Director of Talent Acquisition and will also support the Abstrakt University Campus experience recruiting both full time employees and providing the organization with well qualified interns each semester.

HR Generalist

The Employee Relations/Human Resources Generalist is responsible for a broad range of responsibilities to ensure that the needs of the business are aligned appropriately with the overall Abstrakt goals, and the needs of the employees. He/she is responsible for employee relations, investigations, and appropriate communications. This role provides tactical guidance, counseling and direction on performance management, employee and leadership development, HR policies, processes and programs to both managers and employees.

Accounting

Accountants at Abstrakt are responsible for helping with client onboarding, billing, and payroll.

The successful candidate will own their specialty within the accounting team with the main objective of keeping finances orderly and accurate. The goal of the Accountant position is to support Abstrakt through daily activities.

Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator at Abstrakt Marketing Group, you will be responsible for managing the internal Salesforce instance and developing Salesforce integrations for our clients. This includes supporting the entire organization, developing and supporting the CRM tool, and assisting with organizational processes. This position serves as a liaison between management and the end users of the tool. This role also troubleshoots and works with end users to ensure the application satisfies needs and keeps pace with changes in program operations, policies, and procedures.
