Our Innovative Sales Internship Program

Abstrakt Marketing Group is partnering with cutting-edge universities to afford students with a unique experience to learn best practices in facilitating conversations that help develop and grow a company’s sales pipeline. This semester-long internship program will give students the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in school to actual sales situations.

Students interning in our collaborative college campus program will earn a base pay, plus commission on sold contracts while working up to 25 hours per week. At the conclusion of the program students will have received their Abstrakt Sales Academy Certification, class credits, copies of all sales metrics, as well as live sales calls to show off their skills to future employers

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for companies who may be a fit for Abstrakt
    • ***Prospect for Abstrakt’s clients*** (Promotion available based on production and ability)
  • Set appointments by outbound telephone calls
  • Hit daily, weekly and monthly performance goals
  • Recommend improvements to constantly improve the internship
  • Ability to navigate the internet and CRM tool effectively
  • Opportunity to be promoted to Team Lead and other promotions while staying in the internship multiple semester

Pay

Starting $10 an hour plus commission, with potential raises based on performance!

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Student at Maryville University
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, or communications within business
  • Ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
