The Abstrakt Video Chronicles (2.13 – 2.17): Facebook Timeline For Business

It’s been rumored for a while and it looks like it’s just around the corner: Facebook Timeline for business will likely be rolled out this month, perhaps as early Feb. 29.

Last September Facebook launched the Timeline format, which slowly transformed the profile pages of its 800 million-plus users. Many Facebook users either still have the chance to opt in or haven’t been able to upgrade as of this blog posting, but for those that have been able to, it has dramatically had an influence on sharing.

Can You Go Too Far in a Presentation?

My biggest fear when presenting was never public speaking. That fear is easily managed through a little imagination diversion. Some people choose to imagine the audience in their underwear; I choose to imagine sitting with the audience in a presentation where the speaker recommends imagining audiences in their underwear and all of us collectively agreeing that it doesn’t work. Whatever works for you, though — I won’t judge. My actual biggest fear has always been something much more subjective.
